Le Chene is partnering with a leading organisation in the automotive and mobility sector to appoint an experienced IT Procurement Lead to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation across IT products and services.

Scope

• End-to-end IT procurement across hardware, software, cloud, and services
• Driving cost savings through strategic sourcing and TCO analysis
• Leading RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations
• Managing vendor performance, SLAs, and contract lifecycle (AMC/AMS)
• Supporting IT budgeting, forecasting, and procurement analytics
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, audit, and security standards
• Identifying vendor consolidation and process improvement opportunities
• Managing procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards

Profile

• 8+ years' experience in IT procurement
• Strong exposure to IT vendors, OEMs, and regional supplier landscape
• Proven experience managing complex procurement cycles and contracts
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks (e.g. Kraljic Matrix)
• Commercially strong with a data-driven approach
• Confident working across IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders
• We are prioritising candidates who have operated in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
