Key Responsibilities

  • Create problem records for priority incidents

  • Lead RCA and corrective action plans

  • Reduce incident recurrence through proactive strategies

  • Maintain problem management documentation

  • Provide trend and statistical reporting

Required Skills & Certifications

  • ITIL® 4 Problem Management

  • High Velocity IT (HVIT)

  • Strong RCA and analytical skills
