Le Chene is supporting a UAE-based group to appoint a Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordination, and process improvement across multiple business units.

Scope

• Operational planning & execution
• Cross-functional coordination
• Process optimisation & reporting
• Internal controls, documentation & compliance
• Supporting projects, vendors, and leadership teams

Profile

• 3 to 7 years experience in operations, PMO, administration, or business support
• Strong organisational & communication skills
• Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
