Le Chene is partnering with an automotive organisation in the UAE to appoint a CRM & Campaign Coordinator on a short-term maternity cover contract, supporting customer communications and campaign execution.

This is a short-term requirement focused on continuity across CRM and marketing operations.

Scope

• Supporting execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
• Managing campaign schedules, tracking, and reporting
• Working with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
• Maintaining customer data and segmentation within CRM systems
• Supporting campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery

Profile

• 3–5 years' experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
• Experience within automotive, retail, or customer-focused environments preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
