The Role
The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations for the UAE business, acting as a key interface between clients, operations and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer service delivery and coordination
  • Manage customer enquiries and issue resolution
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport and operations
  • Maintain service standards and client relationships

Profile

  • 4+ years customer service or logistics experience
  • Chinese and English fluency required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
