A well-established contracting organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong technical capability, on-site leadership, and proven experience managing projects from planning through completion in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil construction projects end-to-end

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery against timelines and budgets

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

Monitor site progress and address technical or operational challenges

Prepare reports and updates for senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BE / BTech)

Fluent Arabic and English required

15+ years of experience in civil construction project delivery

UAE project experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills

Comfortable operating in complex, site-based environments
