A well-established contracting organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong technical capability, on-site leadership, and proven experience managing projects from planning through completion in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects end-to-end
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery against timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor site progress and address technical or operational challenges
• Prepare reports and updates for senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BE / BTech)
• Fluent Arabic and English required
• 15+ years of experience in civil construction project delivery
• UAE project experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating in complex, site-based environments
