We Are Hiring: Executive Concierge | Abu Dhabi + International Travel

A highly private UHNW environment is seeking a proactive, resourceful and service-driven Executive Concierge to support a fast-paced principal with international lifestyle, travel and operational coordination.

This is not a standard concierge role. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, exceptionally well-connected and capable of operating in dynamic, high-pressure environments with absolute discretion.

Location:

Based primarily in Abu Dhabi, with international travel as required.

Salary:

Starting from USD 4,000 per month + performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage high-level lifestyle and concierge requests
• Support day-to-day executive and operational coordination for the principal
• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving efficiently
• Source hard-to-access items, bookings and experiences globally
• Liaise with premium hospitality, transport and service providers
• Leverage networks, access and influence to deliver exceptional service outcomes
• Ensure smooth execution across travel, scheduling and lifestyle requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly flexible and adaptable
• Able to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
• Action-oriented with a practical problem-solving mindset
• Calm under pressure with excellent judgement
• Discreet, polished and service-focused
• Strong network, access and relationship-building capability
• Previous experience in luxury concierge, butler service, VIP hospitality, lifestyle management or executive support preferred
• Middle East / UAE exposure is advantageous
• Experience delivering high-touch 1:1 service strongly preferred
• Comfortable with frequent international travel and changing schedules
• Eligibility to travel without restrictions within the European Union is required
