Le Chene is supporting a UAE group to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions, process optimisation, and cross-functional project support. This role is hybrid - remote, with attendance requirements only for larger presentations or team meetings, at a maximum of once per month

Scope

• Analyse business performance & operational KPIs
• Process mapping, optimisation & documentation
• Support senior leadership with reports & insights
• Coordinate across projects and functional teams
• Prepare dashboards, workflows & business cases

Profile

• 6 to 10 years experience (business analysis, PMO, operations or strategy support)
• Strong data analysis & reporting skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & business tools
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination

Package

AED 32,000 to 36,000 per month | Full benefits | Hybrid | Abu Dhabi
